The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and clean. Loved the staff, Briana was exceptional, and she looked out for us, and always made sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed, They had a bar and grill onsite, and great breakfast in the mornings.

The location is right next to the airport so we could walk there even late at night. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable (not sure about the sofa bed, but my kids did sleep). The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Having been “avalanched” in the Sierra Nevada, and having managed two days after to arrive to Reno, we were looking for a hotel in front of the airport. This Hyatt is the place for that. Nice staff. Very clean place

The staff was very helpful in finding us a room when we needed one last minute due to being evacuated from the fire. We felt welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast was great and the staff made me a great latte.
